Low-pressure soft wash treatment lifts black streaks (gloeocapsa magma) and moss from shingles without damage.
Those black streaks running down your shingles are gloeocapsa magma — a cyanobacteria that eats the limestone filler in asphalt shingles. Left alone, it shortens shingle life and voids some manufacturer warranties. High-pressure washing makes it worse by blasting off the protective granules. We fix it the right way.
Our low-pressure soft wash uses a professional-grade biocide mix applied from the peak down. It kills the organism, lifts the staining, and lets rain rinse away the residue over the following weeks — no granule loss, no shingle damage.
